Our team is insured and bonded, and undergo criminal background checks. Every team member is an employee, we do not have independent contractors. Each sitter (at 90 days of employment) complete a Pet CPR and First Aid Certification and go through our training program.  Each employee signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.  All services are GPS tracked, provides proof of service delivery with real time reports at each visit, accompanied with photos, a time stamp and GPS tracking of our visit, and an app that allows the client to keep all of their information up to date in real-time.

As a company, we provide a service policy agreement needed to enter our client homes and provide pet care. We have a release of veterinary care in cases of emergency or illness, and a confidentiality agreement. Service agreements are electronically accessible prior to the new client consultation.  During the consultation, Clients walk us through the house and pet routines and we walk our clients through the Critter Sitter policies and procedures. Critter Sitter services provide peace of mind and help our Clients to be relaxed and feel less guilty when away.
