As a company, we provide all the legal documentation needed to enter your home, provide care, and sign legal binding Service Agreements and Vet Release forms, including a confidentiality agreement. We take responsibility for our Clients homes and pets while in our care, and we provide our Client's with a copy of such agreements during our consultation, which takes place prior to the 1st visit. During our consultations, our Clients setup a specified routine, schedule and plan of care that we guarantee within 1-hour service windows. We never cancel services due to weather elements, and we are open 365 days a year. Our services provide Peace of Mind and help our Clients to be at ease, and save time and energy in their own schedules. Our Client pets have the privilege of a customized routine that fits their specified needs, maintaining each pets feeding, exercise and medical routines along with individual love and attention.
