A new client consultation at your home with is required prior to the first scheduled service with Critter Sitters of Lexington, Inc. This meeting allows us to address any questions you may have, conduct a walk-through to establish a routine, and get acquainted with your pets. Our pet sitting and dog sitting services are tailored to each pet's individual needs, ensuring personalized care from Critter Sitters Lexington KY.
Consultations last for 30 minutes and are priced at $25.
If a client relocates, adds more pets needing a meet and greet, or has been inactive for over 18 months, additional consultations will be necessary.

We are not a boarding facility. Critter Sitters of Lexington provides in-home pet sitting services right in your home. We do not operate a physical location for boarding or sitting.
We will not provide services in conjuction with family, friends, neighbors, or other service providers due to insurance liabilities.

We are very active owners, and in the field with our client pets daily. We provide consultations between the hours of 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. If you need a consultation outside of these hours, it is worked around the existing client bookings.
