Time to Pet is an all-in-one pet sitting software that allows our clients to request services and make payments directly from a Client App on a smartphone/tablet or desktop. Clients get real-time updates and visit report cards after each visit is completed, allowing peace of mind while away on vacation or during long workdays. No more wondering if the sitter has been by or if your pet is doing well! Clients have the ability to communicate with Critter Sitters management and sitters through a personal chat feature, easily update pet or home details and routine, see pictures with detailed documentation of our service delivery and see our GPS tracking.
Our GPS tracks all movement inside of our clients home to prove where we go with your pets on walks, or within your own backyard! It is transparent and provides accountability at every visit. Not only do we say what we are going to do, but we do what we say!

When you submit a service request through your Time to Pet account, Critter Sitters management will review your request. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email either confirming or declining your requested dates. If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk/SPAM folders within your email account. You can also log-in to your Time to Pet account at any time and click on the Services/Invoices tab, and you will be able to see all of your approved services.
When your services are approved, an invoice automatically generates within your Time to Pet account. To view your invoice, simply click on the Services/Invoices tab within Time to Pet. All of your past, present and future invoices can be accessed in this tab, and you may pay your invoice at any time once it has been generated.
If you are logging in to your Time to Pet account to request services with a 24-hour notice or less, you will encounter a pop-up screen when you submit your request that prohibits your request from being submitted. THIS IS NOT AN ERROR MESSAGE. Due to the intensive nature of scheduling and the amount of time that goes into routing sitters, getting clients mapped out into their requested time windows, etc., it can be difficult for last-minute requests to be granted. We also issue schedules to our sitters a day in advance to allow them time to prepare and become familiar with your routines. If it is less than a 24-hour notice and you are facing an emergency or are already out of town and delayed, therefore needing to add-on additional visits, send us a message in your "chat" feature in Time To Pet.
