Pets in my life or my pets or childhood pets:
I have had a wide variety of pets growing up, from horses all the way to rats and snakes. Right now I have a dog, a cat, and several fish tanks!

What I enjoy most about being a pet sitter/dog walker:

I love seeing and working with a wide variety of animals and breeds. You quickly learn that that each one has their own personality! It feels so good when a dog is excited to see you , like seeing a good friend. Being outdoors is also a great perk!

My funniest pet moment:

I love when dogs or cats get the zoomies and run around the house as fast as they can! Never fails to crack me up!

What do animals teach us:

I think animals can teach us patience, loyalty and how to work as a team. Teaching commands and training them for jobs really tie  these three together.

Experience with "special needs" pets:
As someone who has worked at a pet store for awhile now I have seen lots of special needs pets come in and took care a lot of our own. Dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, and fish all need different types of care and medication! It always feels good when they heal and find their forever home!
