Cancellation Policy:
For daily clients, if visits are cancelled later than 6p.m. on Sunday prior to that week, client agrees to pay for original scheduled visits. For all other clients, if a cancellation is made with less than a one week notice, the client is responsible for 50% of the original scheduled visits.

Major Holidays: New Years Eve/Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve/Day, Christmas Eve/Day
For the safety of your pets and our sitters, if the temperature drops below 20 degrees, or if there are hazardous weather conditions (icy or slick side walks, severe thunderstorms, lightning, hail storms, etc), walking time will be limited to a potty break. The remaining time will be spent indoors.
If someone will be home, please call and cancel the visit (no cancellation fee) or let us know you are home so we can rearrange schedules accordingly.
